Small company and well know brand in marketplace with a good portfoilio of products. Very nice facility located in an older industrial park. Easy to get to.

Senior management / ownership has a very hard time of sharing information down stream to the staff. Employee's do not know what the business plan is or if there is one? Also the vision of ownership is in constant change daily.
