      Pros

      The atmosphere, coworkers and pay are what make it doable working here.

      Cons

      The CEO Dave Adams is very military oriented showing no compassion. He only cares about funds. There also is absolutely no room for growth or diversity in leadership. All directors are white women.

      Enjoyed the perks of Summer Fridays and the extended break during Christmas and New Year's Eve.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for career advancement within the organization. Excessive office politics prevail, despite the company's portrayal of a 'family' atmosphere, resulting in a highly toxic work environment.
