      Pros

      I have never quite worked at a place like Vault Prep, where they genuinely care for your well-being, success, and continuous development. I felt like I was making a difference every day!

      Cons

      Communication can be spotty at times, although the leadership tries its hardest to support.

      - Working with students towards achieving their goals and seeing their confidence grow is incredibly rewarding. - Meeting and working with coworkers who are friendly, helpful, and dedicated to their students. - Training is provided both prior to working with students and while working as a regular tutor (updates or improvements to curriculum) so you are confident & comfortable teaching - Flexible scheduling and supportive of future career plans/graduate school

      I'm given what I need to not only do my job, but to thrive. Our team is inclusive, supportive, and transparent. I'm given room to take on new challenges and grow as a professional. There are some big developments happening for us this year--I'm excited to see what comes next!

      Using SalesForce has kept us from maximizing our efficiency--looking forward to having a better system to track students!
