      -unlimited leave - medical insurance

      Cons

      - the Boss Gary V and the mangements brainwashed the employes with their empaty culture 24/7. BUT they will FIRE you on the spot,pack your back and leave! This happended to 20 staffs on july 2023, 1 week after Gary the founder assure us no laid off is going to happend. - many rounds of laid off happening every year , they will just fire you anytime they like. - the empaty thing is just a marketing gimmicks to attract talents! - keep hiring fast, and firing fast at same time! - staffs are always worry if they are next to be choosen to be let go

      Great team mates who are working on the same scope of job Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      - Terrible management - Processes are UNDEFINED throughout the duration working on the account. Don’t expect growth, expect being sweepers - ‘Teammates’ of high calibre/statuses will throw you under the bus, showing little to no empathy - Work wise, requires a same day turn around from social + creative. We’re not robots BTW - EXPECTED to be on standby for everything single thing - Clients… nasty and rude. Nothing’s ‘magical’ about it

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO seems to be functioning as long as you overwork yourself sufficiently.

      Cons

      People are constantly overworked and do not have the capacity to deal with their colleagues. When something goes wrong, no empathy, only judgement.
