Leadership is effectively reduced to a single top-down voice, with decisions made unilaterally and executed without transparency, honesty, or a coherent long-term strategy. The C-suite does not function as a leadership team; there is no visible accountability, open discussion, or ownership of decisions. Employees are expected to execute without context or truth, and are later discarded when convenient. The way layoffs were handled showed a complete lack of responsibility from senior leadership. People were used, then let go, without acknowledgement of impact or accountability from those making the decisions.
