- Poor leadership, lack of mentorship/professionalism/directions provided by members of the management team who are young and inexperienced and to some extent, arrogant.
- The management team comprises of about 80% expats so you will need to be an expat to blend into the "culture" and get handsomely paid without having to do much work.
- Very political. A few employees had fallen into the hands of malignant fate (i.e. got sacked), not due to performance issues but because of political reasons which were uncalled for and HR did not provide any form of support/investigation for employees' justification.
- Opinion of HR is terrible. Always not in the office and does not walk the ground to understand the needs of employees. It would be a waste of time to talk to HR if you have grievances as they care only about the interests of the company and the managers.
- Employee benefits are not competitive as those offered by other tech companies.
- Not a place for professional growth and development.
