Employees have been requesting many changes here for a long time, but nothing ever changes. It's frustrating because working here is becoming tougher by the minute.I had to quit because I saw that nothing will ever change here.

The company is very unsystematic, too many changes happening that causes so much confusion. There is no clear direction as to where the company and its people are heading, and making a career here is a blur.
