Business outlook
Pros
People are very professional and respectful. Very flexible working hours and very open to accommodate their employees. Great life balance. Great colleagues and work environment. Offices in downtown Montreal. Benefits are good but can be better. Great leadership from the new President.
Cons
Some VPs do not delegate enough and still micro manage everything. Employees have no information about the Financial performance of the company and the long term strategy is not shared.
