Transparency was a massive factor for me in coming to Verticalmove. I was blind-sighted in every direction in my previous role, and at Verticalmove I have visibility into everything I need to be successful. Technical training is top-tier! We're hiring A-Player engineering talent, and we need to be able to speak the lingo. Engineers get beat up everyday by sub-par recruiters and they don't want to talk to recruiters who don't understand what they do beyond their title. Matthew goes over and beyond with the technical training—making even the most complicated functions simple to understand. Truly the master of analogies! What we do is hard. The support system from this team blows my mind daily! We're all highly-motivated and disciplined people, but even sometimes the best need help and anyone here would drop everything to provide value where it's needed to help the team be successful.
