Pros

They really try to promote a culture of positivity, and an active lifestyle. I learned a lot about fitness and keeping active despite the fairly sedentary job. Fast promotion track if you keep being a people-focused person and cultivate a positive and good attitude towards work. Monthly and weekly recognization of your work through little work awards during club meetings. Free medical after a 3 month probation period, free gym membership and gear, 1 extra free membership and dental after 1 year's employment.

Cons

Quite low pay for the amount of work and responsibilities you are expected to do.
