      Teaches you ways and techniques to cajole.

      100% Commission-based (No Basic Pay, No CPF), as sales representatives / brand ambassadors are deemed as independent contractors. Pyramid scheme-like structure. After initial stage of hitting sales targets, comes the brainwashing process of recruitment (to build your team). Lots of after hours 'team gatherings' / 'hangout' sessions (more brainwashing), which will make you feel pressured into feeling like you can't give it a miss. Targets fresh grads / NS men who just ORD-ed / individuals who lack knowledge of the world and society, just because they're easier to manipulate.
