      Pros

      pay is ok but not great benefits are ok, but again not great. Creative field. Sell film production. Kind of cool in that regard

      Senior Leadership really has no clue Used to be great. Not anymore I guess they changed ownership and new owner is very mean and in over her head They treat people poorly

      Beautiful offices, good choice of glasses, convenient locations. closed on Sundays

      Cons

      Huge turnover. Only one person in the entire company can take vacation time. No matter the cause if you miss more than six days in fourteen months your suspended then let go. Have to wear a uniform and pass inspection. Appearance is dictated to socks and shoes, nail length, hair colors, etc. very extreme. Don't ever disagree. Cannot sit down. Extensive cleaning part of day to day
