      Cons

      The directors micromanage but do not provide adequate training for the position. If anything goes wrong they will blame you for it. They are supposed to have set hours but will require you to work late whenever they like.

      Sense of helping the community, decent salary, okay benefits, good work experience in the field of grant management and administration

      Cons

      There was blatant favoritism by the Director, to the point that people were promoted to positions that they had no experience or educational training in whatsoever. She would also "target" certain people she didn't like and make them miserable until they left. The CEO was condescending - I can't tell you how many times he called me "kiddo" in the office and demanded immediate responses from everyone to his random "inspirational" that emails he sent out. Hopefully things have changed.
