      Pros

      You will find some good none executive technical staff who care about what they do and the people they work with.

      Cons

      Everything! This company makes annual redundancies with no obvious strategy or sense to the decision, seems faces just don’t fit and they expect us technical people to do it all. We are work winners, delivery doers, travel bookers, and now apparently social media influencers.
