      A total nightmare - Disgusting behaviours and Promotion of Horrible People

      Pros

      Some great smart people work there but are toys for SLT and HR

      Cons

      The Board of Directors is fooled by SLT and HR is useless. The latest Senior Promoted employee has been charged with Bullying and Harassment and HR and SLT although they were told did nothing about this individual yet they promote them into one of the senior-most positions. God help everyone now.

      Quality People for the most part with a few awful people

      Bullying and Harassment is prevalent and SLT does nothing about it even though they say they do, bad behaviours are allowed to go on

      Great people, cafeteria is amazing and work from home option if you have a good relationship with your manager

      Cons

      Mental health is just a catch phrase here, the worst corporate culture of any place I’ve worked, boys club, CEO clearly plays favourites, the most bureaucratic company I’ve worked for, everything moves at a snail pace, poorly trained management, no upward mobility, no rewards or even recognition, no one ever gets fired so there’s dead weight on every team, at any given moment a dozen people are on stress leave
