      Have retirement plan A lot of side activities for health and wealth like sport activities and financial help talks Welcomes lgbt and handicap employees

      Cons

      Toxic managers Not pro people, they are now focus on metrics unlike before Meal and transpo allowance can be revoked if you are on wfh More on call center environment Sometimes you will act as a secretary of your manager instead of the role you are hired for
