Especially some client leads, they do nothing but asking their minions to prepare PowerPoint slides and they present them to the clients. Then after that goes drinking with clients, this sounds like some highly paid escort. . Lack of tact is a signature for some of the managers and heads - these people probably climb the corporate ladder by kowtowing and currying flavor to the seniors while being patronizing to their juniors . Work you to the bones. Too many work and there was a hiring freeze. Those on top aren't willing to lend a helping hand. Just lip service (NATO) . A lot of dinosaurs who do not know their stuffs here. Should stuff some managers or directors back to Media 101 class. Utterly no sense of embarrassment at all. . Swim or sink environment. You will be thrown a guidebook to follow everything with little to no guidance. Onboarding is virtually non-existent . Some senior management had been stuck here for too long. Imagine if you throw him/her to another environment, (s)he will be shredded for his/her incapability. Too bad that it was such a great company 4 years ago, now it's just some living fossils running their Jurassic Park show.

Expect you to work overtime. Honestly, it's only running cause of few loyal employees. The good ones realise what's going on and move on. Lesser salary than most competitors
