      Partners are good people and take care of their people - they play the long game with everything (employees and potential clients).

      Cons

      Small firm growing pains - but should be expected when joining a firm like this.

      Great Culture and Interesting Projects

      Pros

      Interesting projects that allow you to model complex problems and work across various industries. Leadership team that is willing to develop their team members and help them succeed. Competitive compensation with opportunity to grow income as you grow with the company.

      Cons

      Not really a con but coming from larger more structured companies, it took time for me to get use to the startup feel Waylin has. Once I got use to it, I found it to be more enjoyable and easier to grow my career here

      Pros

      Engagement structure gives all employees lots of direct client exposure. Lots of room to take on more responsibility with client projects - get to work directly with company CFOs and PE teams.

      Cons

      Startup environment so lacks some structure, Client systems can vary project by project, and some can be antiquated so projects can have some manual work to help clean up their data.
