They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. To work for 11-12 hours is not zeal it's harassment. In webkul they created such environment to realise that you're learning a lot but in actual you are not learning , you're wasting ur time. even three directors are dumb they can't even explain for loop but they said they are born developers. i'll give you a challenge to hire 5 years exp guy and retain him for 6 months only.

It was my first company, so i expected a lot...but during my 6 months of 12-15 hours of daily(Mon-Sat), i had to face many tortures by team lead and the manager or Owner. There are many cons 1) No work life balance 2) Employees are treated as slaves 3) Management is poor 4) Unnecessary pressure 5) Humiliations and torturing 6) Politics on peak 7) Poor office culture Please think twice or thrice before joining it.
