Fully remote working environment and have free flow of snacks and drinks in the office.
Cons
Lesser guidance when facing challenges. PMs are not strong in technical background and having gaps to communicate when come to technical.

- The salary and benefits are very attractive. - Gain you throughout knowledge at Web development. - Some clients are big organizations in Singapore.
Cons
- The WFH policies are not clear at all which could give you troublesome for long-term plan. - The number non-tech people in the company are remarkable. - The tech stack are quite out-dated for most of the projects. - The tools are selective and not widely used.
