Pros

small, so small there are only 3 research people.

Cons

small, no way to upgrade skills, advance and there are "favored" persons depending on the manager. Company lies about salaries, bonuses and about what travel they will reimburse an employee for or conference attendance. They will stick you with all and cheat you out of promised raises all after the fact.

Training team is top notch

Cons

The company operations with a Profit over People mindset with every decision. Management is cut throat. Lots of lies and false promises to get people to work extra hours. Many employees have not had raises in 3-4 years while CEO donates company money to pet charities. Benefits are almost non existent and what they do cover is minimal.

Where do you start they never listen to any of the workers management is the problem but you can't say anything about it because it is so far gone that the people who would stop it are the cause of it. It is a shame to I know so many employees that are good guys/girls and they work hard everyday and have families and they come into work stressed because of the work environment and I blame management they have no clue what they are doing they are so unpredictable with reason in which they will fire you please stay away from this place
