- Was asked if I was a Democrat while being hired and again by Business Admin. - Informed that the office is "Republican" - Was asked about my opinion on Abortion by business admin, day one. - Witnessed business admin talk to a tech for more than 30 minutes about Christianity. Said employee has since left the company. - The closest thing to HR is the previously mentioned business admin. - It is not hourly pay in the sense of clockin/clockout. You are expected to track your hours by work you do for customers with a goal of 90% of your time being all billable to customers. Being on-call for customers incase something breaks is not considered billable time. - Management often lets personal issues effect work enviroment. - I gave my notice because of these issues and then I was fired the next day because I was honest with a prospective employee and they decided to not come back.
