Pros
If you like to be a couch potato ... join it .. totally worth it ..
-Old tech stack, No employee welfare , No learning curve,
-Migration into new tech stack is pretty slow.
-No value of the work done/ support provided.
-With one of the director being totally ignorant about the employees , the other one hardly have time to discuss things even on reminding incessantly over email. Had the email been with respect to the work, you would get a prompt reply no matter what the time is.!
-No fixed notice period. Some employees are given 15 days notice while for some , whose mentors are a bit jealous , would be provided with anything ranging from 2-3 months.
#inside_Update : 20 employees left with-in span of month or a two! Almost all were freshers and remaining are blocked via retention bonus.

Well , If you read the pros . I guess remaining are all cons.
