      - Extremely hardworking group of people - Opportunity to work with a diverse set of clientele - A lot of autonomy and ownership over your own work - CEO is hardworking, knowledgeable, and brings a lot of fun to the office - Start up environment with strong potential - You really get to see the impact of your work

      - The start up fully-embedded recruiting environment can be a difficult environment to be in when the market is down; however, most companies were struggling during this time

      Pros

      Great exposure to clients, tech industry Learned a ton from leadership, everyone on team is approachable & willing to help Founder had to make some tough decisions as market has begun to change. Made sure they were well thought out and that entire team understood the why & what it meant going forward. Some of the negative reviews are from those who didn't want to show up, be part of the team and are quite frankly lack maturity.

      Very startup heavy on client side which does offer some uncertainty to team if market completely gets hit
