Pros
I really like the work environment and the tasks we carried out, a good balance between challenges to help me grow and time to deepen the acquired knowledge. The founders of Dein Kinderwunsch foster a culture of open feedback and friendly atmosphere in which it’s pleasant to work. Moreover, such office culture nurtures a great team that ultimately leads to great results. I’d like to add that the founders were always there to support and guide me, but at the same time they give me space to try out new ideas by my own and, also, learn from mistakes.
Cons
Since Dein-Kinderwunsch is still an early stage start-up it doesn’t have structured processes and defined roles yet. This can cause some uncertainty at the beginning but at the same time it gives a lot of freedom to personal initiatives and proactive individuals can leave their marks in a growing company.
