If you value self-respect, growth, or fair treatment, this is not the place. BELOW POINTS ARE FROM MY EXPERIENCE. Engineers are treated as disposable resources, not professionals. Zero respect for engineering effort, timelines, or technical decisions. Management makes fake promises about hikes, promotions, and growth with no intention of delivering. No salary hikes, no recognition, no career progression — just endless excuses. Workload keeps increasing while compensation and support stay stagnant. Morale is extremely low; most good engineers either leave or are planning to leave. After the organizational changes, the company lost all employee-centric values. TBH we are around ~120 Engineers and now only ~50 left, just becoz of management behavior.
