      Best healthcare consulting firm. Period. I've worked for the others, and wish I had come here sooner.

      Pros

      The corporate culture here is very positive. The executive leadership constantly reiterates that the success of the company is dependent on the consultants, and they treat us very well. The pay structure is fair, and the financial bonus makes the total compensation package better than what I made previously as a 1099.

      Cons

      Any healthcare consulting position requires a large amount of travel. Fortunately, maxIT does what they can to minimize the negative aspects of travel. The company directly pays for airfare booked through their travel portal, which alone saves a tremendous financial burden on the consultants.

      The first year I did make a huge bonus

      Cons

      With every bonus the company tried to short change me, hide rate increases which increased my bonus.
