Pros

They only care to benefit themselves.

Cons

Exactly that, nGroup is a con job. Smiles and lies to get in the door. Promises not kept, treats promises like the trump campaign. Say what they want others to hear to get in office. If ngroup has come to your facility it is because your management has failed. Now it is about to get worse, if you see these clowns, run the other way. They have no concern for your safety, quality of work, or your personal well being. They are big on buzz words to give you the illusion they are on your side. "Raise on day one", Never happened. Then they brought in the biggest scam of a benefits package which would keep people even more poor because they only want cheap $10 hour labor. Which results in high turnover rates. That protects their six figure salaries. They take away your time by forcing you to work weekends yet claim they are for family, fun, and profit. Good luck seeing your family while slaving away 7 days a week at $10 an hour while being pushed to get your numbers up exponentially. Thus sacrificing quality for quantity. They will offer you a $50 bonus once every 4 months (if you are chosen by a team lead, which is based on biased picking) for production increase, as if $50 will even pay for daycare while you slave away in an unsafe, verbally abusive environment. They will also have your car keyed if you report them to a compliance officer for safety violations. They claim on their website that they single handedly saved Sony from going under. It's a single handed lie, just think about that statement, saved Sony, REALLY? Ngroup will not stand up for the employees, only take your hard work and call it theirs. They have no ethics or morals other than greed. You will not get a raise or a promotion. But they will try to force you to buy their t-shirt even though you do not technically work for them. The managers are lazy as well. They sit around on their cell phones all day (right in front of you) on facebook while you are hard at work. Even bragging about being on the phone. What is so important in their life that gets them a free pass to use social media while on the job? "Do as we say, not as we do"! Can not stress enough what kind of liars and fakers they truly are. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR HYPE. They will try to spin anything around to make themselves look smart or good. We have heard them say "Lead by example", So, they are always late, have no concern for others safety, and always on social media while working. And if you call their bluff, they start yelling and repeating your words loudly like little babies. If you have been duped into believing their lies, just watch and see, they will change their tune at a drop of dime. If you were of any importance to them they would have never asked your former employer to sell you out to a temp service. If they tell you it's not a temp service, that is a lie too! If it's called Impact staffing solutions, put in your two weeks and never look back. The insurance they offer is horrid and they couldn't care less or they wouldn't have brought it in your place of employment. It's all about that kick back. They will attempt to reduce your pay, to increase theirs. Anything that appears to be good about them is also a lie. Use your brain, think about all this. If ngroup appears in your life, it's because they are there to steal from you, your time, your money! RUN! Or be prepared to be set up for failure.

Wow. That is quite a lot of anger. I regret you feel that way about your experience and I’m sure you believe it. My experience is that the immediate supervisor is what people base their experience on. It’s important to me that my supervisors represent the company well and it disappoints me to hear when they don’t. As far as pay and benefits go I understand your angst but it’s not really an accurate portrayal Of what we offer. I know the healthcare system in healthcare insurance is a debacle everywhere and we attempt to offer the best we can under the circumstances we are in. The pay rates are set when we enter a clients operation and we strive to enable all employees to earn more via performance. I would love to be able to pay everybody more and offer full benefits that is completely paid but that is not an economic reality. What we do is take the existing situation and strive to make it Better.

Pros

Good environment with supervisory leadership and associates. Once it comes to executive level and HR, it's another story.

Cons

Reactive instead of proactive. Investigations are not considered to be ethical, as they are being skewed by emotional and personal beliefs. Once you have an enemy within executive leadership, you are as well as holding the door open for yourself. Bad company with no consideration of ethics.
