We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the new hybrid policy. After the effects of the pandemic, we realized the importance of in-person collaboration in strengthening work relationships and productivity. This was why we decided to increase our campus days but also offer flexibility - such that talents can still work from home on some days and do not have to be on campus the whole day when they come. Change is always uncomfortable and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused but believe this decision will help us become #bettertogether as a company. We acknowledge that there is room for improvement in the way we communicate changes and will continue to learn how to improve this.
