The company's leadership demonstrated a significant lack of understanding and appreciation for the role of a Project Manager. The work culture was toxic and moralizing. There was a pervasive sense of micromanagement, which stifled creativity and autonomy. Instead of empowering their employees to excel, executive management imposed unnecessary restrictions and constantly questioned every decision, undermining my professional expertise. I would caution other professionals considering joining this company to carefully evaluate the potential challenges and consider alternative options that offer a more supportive and fulfilling work environment.
