Here’s Rishika’s story: “My dual role as Marketing Executive and Office Administrator involves conducting market research, developing and implementing local and regional marketing strategies, coordinating and improving operational activities. I have developed an aptitude for focused and customized market research for the software industry. I have also gained experience in collaborating and achieving company goals alongside a global, cross-functional team. Working in this capacity towards creating a future of evolved nations fuels my passion to be a part of a greater whole. Today, I have transformed into an astute professional through my experiences and opportunities presented to me in CrimsonLogic!"
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, our Corporate Admin Team is continuously adjusting their operations and services based on the latest information to support our staffs through the new and evolving challenges posed by Covid-19. Let's give them a big round of applause for their hard work! "What’s most memorable was during the circuit breaker, where 90% of the staff had to work from home. Our team still had to come to office occasionally to make sure daily operations had to go on and we tried our best to support everyone working in office and from home. We had to take on additional roles, from being receptionist, to supporting Finance and HR operational needs. We are also part of Pandemic team to ensure enough PPEs for everyone, as well as Safe Management Officers to ensure various measures in the office were adhered. Currently, our team comes into the office only on scheduled days. We are thankful that everyone is understanding during this unprecedented time, especially when at times we are facing constraints outside of our control due to the Covid-19 situation."
