Meet Hazel, Director of Information Technology at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and one of our Women in GovTech! Together with her team, Hazel drives digital transformation and ensures smooth digital operations for all IPOS users. They were the catalyst for transforming IPOS into a paperless agency by eliminating the need for customers to use wet-ink signatures. Her team also launched IPOS Go – the world’s first mobile app for trademark registration that allows applicants to search for similar trademarks using an AI-powered image search engine.
