      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Decent salary and benefits, including employee discount on AT&T services (50% off wireless lines)

      Cons

RTO policy is 5 days/week in office with almost no flexibility and reports on your office presence as if you're a grade schooler, even if your team is located in other cities. There are no stock options/RSUs except for high-level managers (and we're supposed to celebrate when the stock goes up). Stay away from the Bothell office because 1) there's no cafeteria (executives say they can't afford to subsidize one), so your only on-site option is a food truck, vending junk food, or bring your own lunch; 2) the office is in an office park in the middle of nowhere, about a mile from the nearest transit, so you'll likely need to drive; 3) if you do drive, get to the office as early as you can, as there isn't enough parking; and 4) there is no assigned seating.
