Strong benefits and culture, but hard to advance

      Café ambassador
      Current employee
      Denver, CO
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, good internal culture, great people.

      Cons

Lots in the way of promotions and moving to different lines of business. Hard to move up because no one leaves the company, and gate keepers refuse to take anyone serious specifically in this regard.

      HR Associate

      Human resource associate
      Former employee
      Richmond, VA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great work culture, customer first culture, lots of perks (lunches, company swag, snack carts & etc.) Flexible work schedule, decent pay, GREAT benefits

      Cons

Always a push to do more, produce more & always moving the bar. Will remove you to get more new, younger talent/skill. No loyalty

      Great Place to work

      Business outlook

      Great Company to Work For

      Risk manager
      Current employee
      Richmond, VA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Excellent benefits, great pay, good work life balance

      Cons

      Annual review process is atypical.

Not Really one of the best places to work…

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Richmond, VA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Get your skills then leave! Yes the pay is good and the benefits are cool but there’s hundreds of other companies with these same perks and a much healthier work environment.

      Cons

Some of their internal programs are more so “hire to fire” so be careful as you may be out of a job with less than a year of experience in the new role. Forced rankings… no matter how well you perform or how super productive you are, you can be rated below strong or inconsistent and your whole job thus forward is in jeopardy. Your manager will most likely be someone who has zero experience in the field with lack of people leadership and self awareness. Get your training and skills then dip…expeditiously!
