There is no psychological safety anymore since layoffs are now routine, transferring is tricky, and morale is low in many parts of the company. This has led to major distrust of leadership and attrition.

Great pay, amazing bonuses, peers are fantastic and for the most part motivated about impacting millions or billions whilst trying to do good in the world.

Sadly the culture has been degraded because of rolling lay offs since 2022. People fear that they are going to be let go and live in constant fear.
