Does Singtel offer massages?

Pros

Decent salary, looks good on resume, occasional free meals provided by company

Cons

Management likes to breathe down employees' necks and I observed little to no career progression among my full-time colleagues. Job involves getting yelled at by members of public which takes a toll on your emotional well-being. Shift work gets tiring and leads to lack of work-life balance so would not recommend it as a long term job.

Advice to Management

Please do not micromanage your employees, it will only lower productivity.
