Applied on-line and interviewed on-site at a career fair. The interview was focused on my resume and my knowledge of Accenture and consulting in general. On-line assessment was sent 3-4 days later and waiting to here if I will make it to final on-site interview (case study and behavioral).

there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
