Interviewer asked specifics about the deliverables/results of my past work. Interview started broad and become focused on a specific tech team in the Consulting department. Fully behavioral, but you should prep for it as a consultant even if you're an engineer.

The interview process felt clear, thoughtful, and encouraging. Each step moved smoothly, and the team made it easy to share my perspectives. The structure built confidence and showed real respect for candidates, which made the experience feel genuinely positive overall.
Behavioral questions, pretty general. Be prepared to answer questions about the company and have a general overview of its operations. Also, it is a phone call so you have to sound excited. I'd say schedule it earlier than later as well.
