Role in London, UK. After successfully passing the CV screening, I was contacted by Accenture's recruiter (not based in UK) for an interview, who was extremely professional and effective. Given that I passed that round she recommended me for the next stage. Experience with her (and until that moment) was 10/10 However, after that the experience was quite bad. The MD told a completely different story about the role (from what was told by the recruiter) and was almost completely focused on basic project based questions and tactical remarks, as if the role was entry-level. Overall the approach, the attitude, demeanour and the whole interview with him was 2/10. Given that the role was billable, I sent an email after the conversation and declined to proceed further. However, the UK HR guy (to whom the initial HR introduced me after passing my interview with her) never responded to that introductory email, nor my email declining to proceed. So he was completely unprofessional and got a 0/10 Overall 2/10
