However, despite the brevity and structured nature of this initial screening, the follow-up process is marked by a significant lack of communication. Candidates who complete this phone screen are typically left without any updates, as the company consistently ceases contact—a phenomenon commonly referred to as "ghosting"—for a minimum period of two weeks following the call.

Behavioral and case interview: 45 mins each, be prepared to answer rapid fire behavioral questions. For the presentation, ensure a nice slideshow set up if you do this the interview will be very easy.
