Interview
1, you will have your logic and grammar assessment online inside their room
2, if you pass you will be scheduled on another day for language assessment which is a one on one conversation(recorded) which then will decide if you can communicate and tell story sequences well. It will basically ask you to tell a story about anything. The rule is simple, pure english.
3. You will either be scheduled for hr interview on that same day or another day(depending on the time that you finish your language assessment and the number of applicants) which is a one-on-one interview with their HR. She will ask you the usual HR questions and you just have to be confident. After the interview you will either be asked to submit your TOR(whether you submit yours or not) or just asked you to keep your lines open(according to the people That I asked, not asking TOR means a no no already. But still don't quote me on this).
4. The Next part will be the long wait for their call or regret letter. It could be as short as 2 days for a JO, or 2 months before the job final assessment, or 3 days then regret letter or 2 months for a regret letter.
5. Welcome to Accenture

Why Accenture?
When can you start?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
