I enjoyed the interviews with Senior Managers, they were nice and friendly and we had constructive conversations, they ask about your previous experiences, behavioural, high level technical and general fit .
The technical interview was the only negative experience, i was asked around 18 Data Science related questions, many of them were deep, detailed and more academic which has nothing to do with the scope of a consultant role, i couldn't answer 3 questions and i may have answered 1 question half incorrect ... finally the interviewer was not trained enough to create positive interviewing experience (ex: 1 hour instead of planned 45 minutes, laughing at what you say, a lot of misunderstanding from his side, he came to the interview with preconceptions and some ego .. ex: not admitting being wrong in one of the questions).
Overall it was a positive experience and i recommend this position for anyone who is into innovation, the centre seems to be a nice place to work in and the job is unconventional.
Final notes:
1- Recruiters will not tell you what questions to expect and will not respond when asked about it
2- Make sure your first interview is the technical one so you don't waste time
