4 gesprekken. Eerste met HR-medewerker, kort gesprek over studieachtergrond, motivatie en werkwijze. Tweede met consultant of in mijn geval manager, vragen iets dieper. Derde gesprek is een case interview met senior manager. Vierde gesprek is met Managing director, dit gesprek had meer inhoud en was daarnaast ook gericht op het uitvinden of je als persoon goed bij de organisatie past.
