Interview
The interview was easy going and selection is purely on the basis of communication skills and confidence. I had total of 4 rounds (hr,versant,skills and operations round) which was done in two days.

Over all a good experience. Screening, resume related questions, excel based questions, technical questions, logical thinking, aptitude round, If you clear all of these you will be shortlisted. After background checking you will receive the offer letter email.
interviewed non-it job role in automated car project client location. It was general questioning about hobbies and field of study. Got selected and worked for 3 years. was provided with food and transport facility.

Interview starts with assessment once you clear it, then interview is scheduled with the hiring manager then HR round where you get to discus salary and then it takes around 1 week for background verification
