I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2016
Interview
Hired out of a graduate program. Had a general behavioral interview then if you were called back had a short case interview and a fit interview. It wasn't too bad overall. Just make sure you understand the consulting industry and do some case preparation.
Interview process was extremely smooth and well coordinated. They give you enough time for Q&A with a lot of scenario based questions to testing your analytical skills. It went really well

Question 1
Mostly a lot of industry specific questions and scenario based questions
It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
