I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
This interview was for a marketing contractor position. The hiring process began with a telephone screening where the hiring manager asked about my experience and how it fits in with the job spec.
A few weeks later I was invited to an on-site interview with the hiring manager and one other staff member. This stage of the process involved describing my approach to a series of scenarios questions. It was very conversational and was a great way to display problem-solving skills.
The next stage was a casual meet and greet with one of the senior MDs. I was required to talk through my experience and was an opportunity to ask detailed questions about the role and Accenture's expectations.
This last stage was supposed to be the final. However, some changes internally meant I had to interview via telephone with another senior figure. Overall, the whole interview process was pleasant, all of the people I met were friendly and welcoming. The sucker punch was waiting 3-4 weeks for final decision only to be asked to come in one last time for face to face. I took not being rejected as a positive and had a good final meeting with the panel. The only let down for me is the process took four months which in that time I had been made other offers and had to decline Accenture's offer as the contract period had demished and something more suitable had come along.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Cape Town) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process I experienced was highly efficient, making it enjoyable. However, I did encounter delays in receiving feedback, which affected the overall flow and communication of the process. Once there was feedback, everything started moving fast.
Started with a company recruiter, then had 2 rounds of interviews with different managers, finally had recruiter wrap up conversation. Was extended offer but chose another offer. Was good interview process, not too long and timely between interviews

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Apr 2024
Interview
There were two interviewers in this call. At the beginning one of the representatives said few words about the company and the agenda of the call. I found the intro about the company way too long - around 10 minutes. This time could be spent to describe the role better. When the interviewer came to this point it came out that the role described on their website was pretty different.
