I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Nov 2010
Interview
1. There's a pre-placement talk where the candidates are briefed about the company using a powerpoint presentation given by a company representative.
2. An aptitude test is conducted for all the candidates who meet the selection criteria.
3. All those who clear the aptitude test are called for a technical round which is a one-on-one interview with a technical personnel from the company.
4. After clearing the technical round, shortlisted candidates are called for an HR round which is the final round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the technical round, I was asked to write a program to generate the Fibonacci series in C++.
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there, once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
About my project in engineering ,asked to describe it and my role in that
Communication skills were checked
