easy to take concentrate on easy and aptitude based questions. Normal IQ would do. They do not ask too many technical question rather concentrate on persons aptitude and presence of mind

Interview was only Telephonic. All questions were asked from ISQTB testing guide. questions were based on testing principles, difference between bug and defect. What is the defect raising procedure. How to handle a bug. How would a tester retest a raised defect. Regression testing, Negative testing.

The Interview process was over two months with multiple calls from different people, who would just ask you if you would be interested in attending a face to face interview. At the face to face interview, you would be asked to talk to some panel on a telephone. I mean what is the point of dragging someone over to an office half way across the city, just to make them talk to some one on an telephone!
