Accenture were in my faculty and I was asked to do one of those IQ tests. Some months later I was contacted by them in order to arrrange an interview. I went to Lisbon and I spoke to a Sr. Project Manager who asked me what I was supposed to be asked, as I just came out of faculty. After the interview I was contacted by HR to discuss numbers.

They asked me to tell a few things about myself, talk about a few things in my resume like some volunteer work and the internship I had done. They wanted me to talk about the programming languages that I know and the tools I have used. Also, asked me why I was interested in Accenture and they explained to me how the company is structured (different job levels and their benefits). They gave me a test to do at my own time with basic programming questions, object oriented programming questions, SQL fundamentals questions and logical reasoning questions (no programming).
