Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Accenture (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2022
Interview
Intro call with recruiter/talent manager. Then first round virtual interview with 2 managers, case study where you work on a brief, and lastly a second round interview in person with another 2 managers.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2022
Interview
The process was like any other big company. First interview was very insightful. Second interview felt like I was interviewing for a completely different job, which was very confusing. Interviewer had just clearly barely finished their lunch when I entered the room, wiping crumbs off their hands before shaking mine and then burping and yawning throughout the interview. Unprofessional behavior and did not leave a good impression of the company.
